Thickness in mm is the length the screw needs to be to go through the plate. For example, 5 mm means a screw of M4x5 just touches the aluminium cnc profile.
Hole in mm is the maximum size of the screw through the hole. A hole of 6,5 mm for example can fit a M6 screw, but not an M8.
