Payment
Due to the small margins on the steppingmotors and drivers, it is necessary to rule out all risks for the payment. Therefore we only ship after reception of the payment, or cash on delivery. The payment can be made by bank through BIC and IBAN numbers. This should be free of charge between banks within europe, but there are banks who charge money. Bank transfer usually takes two to three days to complete. There is now also the posiblility to pay with pay-pal. There are two ways of doing so. 1) if you have an account with pay-pal you can pay to the paypal adress on the invoice, it is 4% more expensive, as that is what paypal charges us. 2) If you want to pay with a credit card through pay-pal, it also costs 4%. Pay-pal is charging money for this service, and this has to be payed by the buyer. Other ways of payments are sometimes posible, but only after consulting us first.
Shippingcosts
We ship by TPG-post or by DPD. With these services you have to sign for the package, so there is no problem with packages getting lost. We also provide you with a trackingnumber. For packages that are below 2 kg and don't cost to much ( or if the BUYER takes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the package ) there is also the posibility of sending it for a low price. THE PACKAGE'S ARE NOT INSURED when they are send this way, so if they do get lost, your money is gone.
