Alternative system for desmo valve adjustment (closer only)

This system was dreamed up around Y2K and put into reality by Peter Kuitwaard a Dutch Ducati enthousiast. He found some workshop that was able to produce the parts in small quantity for a reasonable price. [Nb I bought 4 sets, but the parts are not commercially available today].
Left picture shows the three separate parts and the corresponding fixed parts over the valve stem.
Picture in the middle shows a Pantah model with (left valve) the conventional Ducati valve adjustment and the alternative system (valve right).
Advantages:
Valve adjustment is "mechanically done" = in situ by turning the parts.
Time and money safing (no need of a professional Ducati mechanic).
Disadvantages:
Extra cost
Need of special tools:
Plate for positioning the lowerbolt.
Thin(ner) open end spanner and an adjusted box spanner (see right pic). These tools are quite easy to make or modificate.
Extra (negligible) weight = per valve about 10 gramms.
