Ducati 851/996 4 valve desmo

This kind of desmo has the following characteristics:
DOHC 4 valve desmo.
Belt and pully driven camshafts with conjugate cams.
Valve angle 40 degrees.
This model (made in 1993) is from the vertical cilinder.
The (bigger) inletvalves are in front (right).

The parts (camshafts, rockers, valves, opening and closing caps and smaller/thinner race springs) are all a gift from the Ducati-factory.
Used in this model but not included in the gift: Bearings, pulleys, belt, valve guides etc.
Specs: Grey coloured camshafts (code B) with two holes in the opening cam.
Inlet valve 36 mm. ; outlet valve 31 mm.
First generation closing caps.
Little closing springs are not used in the model.
