Single-disk cam system in a "Bernina"

This kind of desmo has the following characteristics:
A single-disk cam with mostly a full(er) form is constantly in contact
with the cam-followers (fork).
Still used in textile machines like this Bernina sewing machine.
Note the old L-twin Ducati-like bevelgears.
