Bearing replacement

To remove the bearings heat to the parts 250℉ (121℃) and drive out bearings. usually you can just knock the parts against a wood bench and the bearing will fall out.

To install bearings, heat aluminum parts to the parts 325℉ (163℃) and drive in bearings. make sure that bearings are seated and that single sided seals are correctly installed. the following table is for narrow case motors.
